[HYBRID] Director, Project Management Description

Our client is looking for a Director of Project Management to lead large-scope, high-impact initiatives across the organization. [HYBRID] Director, Project Management Responsibilities

•    Lead large-scope, enterprise-level projects, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives, budgets, and timelines 
•    Define, implement, and continuously improve project management frameworks, methodologies, and reporting tools
•    Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to clarify priorities, allocate resources, mitigate risks, and drive successful outcomes 
•    Establish stage gates, dashboards, and KPIs to improve accountability, measure impact, and support data-driven decision making
•    Drive change management, adoption of best practices, and stakeholder engagement across business units
•    Facilitate prioritization and coordination across competing initiatives, balancing risk, cost, and schedule 
•    Present project and program updates with actionable insights to senior leadership

[HYBRID] Director, Project Management Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree required
•    10+ years of progressive project/program management experience required
•    Proven success leading large-scale, complex, or enterprise-level initiatives required
•    Experience in technology, manufacturing, engineering, or scientific environments required
