Our client is looking for a Director of Sales to help strengthen their enterprise sales organization. This is a strategic, hands-on player-coach role focused on improving sales execution, deal strategy, forecasting, and customer engagement within a high-growth technology company.  You will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team while coaching a team of 5 Enterprise Account Executives. Rather than simply managing a sales team, you will bring structure and consistency, help the Account Executives navigate complex sales opportunities, join critical customer conversations, and establish best practices that can scale across the business.

The ideal candidate combines strong enterprise sales experience with exceptional coaching ability.  You should be comfortable discussing sophisticated technology solutions with both business and technical stakeholders, from executive leaders to engineering and product team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing technology company and have a meaningful impact on how its sales organization operates, while working directly with senior leadership and a highly capable team.
