Sales Manager Description 

Our client is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and goal-oriented Sales Manager to lead their team of sales representatives. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring the team, establishing and managing quotas and goals, analyzing sales performance, and developing strategies to increase revenue, attract new customers, and expand product categories. The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales leader with experience in team management, business development, and sales strategy. Sales Manager Responsibilities

•    Coach, manage, and lead sales team members
•    Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and goals
•    Recruit, interview, train, and onboard new sales professionals
•    Research customer needs and develop strategies to generate sales interest
•    Meet and strive to exceed sales quotas and revenue goals
•    Collaborate with sales team, managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategies and results
•    Distribute and manage sales leads
•    Analyze sales data, recommend improvements to increase customer satisfaction and revenue
•    Monitor team performance and provide coaching to support sales goals
•    Prepare and present sales goals, forecasts, and performance updates
•    Implement strategies to generate new business through social media and keyword optimization

Sales Manager Qualifications 

•    Bachelor’s degree required
•    7+ years sales experience required
•    Experience selling in print, promotional products, office supplies, or marketing industry required
•    2+ years management experience required
