Location: Must reside in Texas or Chicago, IL - WFH when not traveling
Territory: Mid-west (Dallas, TX to Chicago, IL)
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Regional Sales Manager (High-End/luxury Hospitality Sales exp req) Description
Our client in the luxury tableware industry is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team and manage the Mid-West Region. Reporting to the Global Sales Director, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with five-star hotels, luxury retailers, and Michelin-star restaurants to develop new business and drive growth in the Western Region. Beyond the bullets, our client is looking for a self-starter with great communication skills. To thrive in this role, you must have experience in luxury goods sales within the hospitality industry. Regional Sales Manager (High-End/luxury Hospitality Sales exp req) Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategies to maintain and expand sales in the Western region
• Prepare and implement short-term and long-term sales plans
• Support quotations and manage opportunities
• Travel weekly throughout the territory
• Represent the firm at various trade shows
• Meet annual goals and measurable non-revenue objectives
Regional Sales Manager (High-End/luxury Hospitality Sales exp req) Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of High-end goods or services sales experience required
• 2+ years of selling to High-End/luxury resorts & hospitality industry experience required
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills required
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 60% of the time) required
