Territory: Mid-west (Dallas, TX to Chicago, IL)
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 + Performance Bonus (OTE =$110k-$145k) + Benefits

Our client in the luxury tableware industry is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to grow and manage their Mid-West territory from Illinois to Texas. This role focuses on cultivating relationships with luxury retailers, high-end restaurants, and five-star hotels by creating tailored strategies to showcase the brand's exceptional product offerings to achieve sales targets. Your primary goal will be to expand the presence of our client's high-end tableware and luxury goods in upscale hospitality venues and luxury retail stores. You will also manage existing accounts to drive sales growth while identifying new opportunities to expand the client base within the territory. To succeed, you must have B2B sales experience with high-profile retail accounts and hospitality buyers. Territory Sales Manager (B2B Luxury Retail or High-end sales exp req) Responsibilities
• Develop and manage sales strategies for the Mid-West territory
• Build and maintain relationships with luxury retailers and hospitality clients
• Conduct regular client visits to promote products and build rapport
• Create tailored sales strategies to secure new retail and hospitality clients
• Track sales metrics and prepare reports for management
• Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the brand
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction are met
• Collaborate with stores on product displays and merchandising standards
• Analyze customer needs and deliver customized solutions
• Meet annual goals and measurable non-revenue objectives
• Travel extensively to meet clients and attend trade shows as needed
Territory Sales Manager (B2B Luxury Retail or High-end sales exp req) Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of B2B Luxury Retail or High-end Hospitality sales required
• 1+ years of luxury tableware/fine dining, or high-end goods experience required
• Experience selling to luxury retailers or high-end hospitality required
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills required
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 60% of the time) required
