Our client is seeking a WordPress Developer to join their team in Palm Springs, CA. You will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing multiple websites. Your goal is to ensure the sites are secure, functional, up-to-date, and visually appealing. This role blends technical expertise with creative online marketing and design, requiring a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively and work independently. Essential duties include designing and updating content, improving functionality, monitoring web traffic, SEO, and maintaining site security & stability. In addition to that, you will assist with basic IT support issues in the office as needed. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating user-friendly and visually appealing WordPress websites that enhance a brand’s online presence. WordPress Developer (Web Design & Website Management exp req) Responsibilities

•    Manage daily website operations and maintenance
•    Update website content to align with current SEO trends
•    Design visually appealing landing pages that enhance the brand’s image
•    Monitor and report on website performance and traffic
•    Make recommendations on page performance and conversions
•    Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly
•    Install and configure computer hardware/software as needed
•    Support digital advertising efforts and placements
•    Maintain security protocols and perform necessary updates
•    Repair any broken links and fix any reported bugs
•    Meet with management regularly to discuss current and future functionality
•    Create and maintain commercial sites as needed
•    Troubleshoot system and network problems

WordPress Developer (Web Design & Website Management exp req) Qualifications

•    2+ years of front-end design experience required
•    2+ years of WordPress development experience required
•    2+ years of SEO and Google Analytics experience required
•    Experience designing and managing robust media websites required
•    Experience managing large websites (thousands of posts/pages) required 
•    General understanding of computer hardware, software, and networks required
•    Portfolio of work required
