Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 + 10% Bonus + Amazing Benefits

Continuous Improvement Engineer Description

Our client, in the Pharma/Medical device manufacturing industry, is looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join their team. Reporting to the Site Engineering Manager, you will drive process improvement activities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize workflows. The ideal candidate will use their knowledge of engineering methodologies, tools, and data analysis to identify cost savings and waste reduction opportunities. To succeed, you must have a strong background in Lean methodologies, statistical analysis, and process engineering. Continuous Improvement Engineer Responsibilities

•    Collect data and perform statistical analysis for optimization
•    Facilitate and execute Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen events
•    Measure and track capital project deliverables against cost savings initiatives
•    Partner with teams to review, improve, and develop processes
•    Utilize Lean Six Sigma DMAIC and IDOV tools to reduce defects and waste
•    Mentor and train employees on process improvement methods
•    Develop and implement continuous improvement plans for top business needs
•    Provide regular reports on progress against site objectives
•    Work with stakeholders to develop and improve integrated business and operational processes

Continuous Improvement Engineer Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree required
•    4+ years of continuous improvement or process engineering experience required
•    3+ years of manufacturing experience required
•    5S or Lean Six Sigma experience required
•    Continuous improvement mentality and ability to drive change required
