Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 + Uncapped Commission (1st yr OTE $200k-$225k+)

Regional Sales Manager (Industrial Power Solutions) Description
Our client, an innovator in energy solutions, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team in Dallas, TX or Houston, TX. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead and oversee the sales strategy and drive growth across the US, Mexico, and Canada. This role focuses on direct sales of power conversion technologies to the industrial sector. You will spearhead revenue growth by targeting refineries, chemical plants, and other industrial clients with large-scale energy solutions. You will also manage three direct reports, with an expectation to grow the team as you expand market share. The ideal candidate thrives in a hunter role, excels in business development, and has a deep understanding of power conversion technologies. Regional Sales Manager (Industrial Power Solutions) Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a national sales strategy to achieve revenue goals
• Build and nurture relationships with key industrial clients
• Lead the sales pipeline by identifying, targeting, and closing new business
• Manage three sales team members, providing coaching and mentorship
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Attend trade shows to represent the company and network with industry leaders
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
• Collaborate with internal application engineers to deliver technical solutions
• Ensure alignment between sales goals and overall business objectives
Regional Sales Manager (Industrial Power Solutions) Qualifications
• 5+ years of Industrial Power Solutions Sales experience required
• 2+ years of Sales Management experience required
• Knowledge of power conversion technologies (DC/AC systems, UPS, inverters) required
• Technical aptitude with the ability to present complex solutions required
• Valid passport and ability to travel up to 50% required
