Lead Security Service Technician (IP-based video systems exp req) Description

Our client, a leader in commercial video surveillance and security systems, is seeking a Lead Security Service Technician to oversee day-to-day operations of their IP-based video systems service team in Delaware, OH. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring in-depth technical expertise in IP-based video systems, NVR/DVR systems, video management software (VMS), and networking. You'll lead a team of remote field technicians and ensure outstanding service delivery and issue resolution for integrated video surveillance systems. Lead Security Service Technician (IP-based video systems exp req) Responsibilities

•    Supervise the service department operations ensuring timely support of IP Camera Systems
•    Manage and support a team of four remote security camera technicians
•    Review service tracking and daily reports for accuracy and completion
•    Monitor performance metrics to ensure high-quality field support and timely resolution of issues
•    Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver updates on service status and system health
•    Guide technicians on troubleshooting IP cameras and network devices
•    Schedule & coordinate with subcontractors for on-site service or system installations
•    Participate in service reviews, monitor SLAs, and ensure service completion timelines are met
•    Communicate with customers to provide updates and resolve issues
•    Maintain detailed documentation of all service work performed

Lead Security Service Technician (IP-based video systems exp req) Qualifications

•    3+ years of installing security systems in a commercial environment experience required
•    2+ years of servicing and installing IP-based video systems experience required
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word required
