Salary: $70,000–$80,000 Base + Uncapped Commissions (1st yr OTE $100k–$140k)

Our client, a growing leader in the painting industry, is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow their presence across the New England market. Based in Southern NH or Northshore MA, you’ll split your week between client-facing fieldwork and working remotely. You’ll build relationships with Facility Managers, Property Managers, Universities, and more—balancing new business development with account nurturing.

Territory Sales Rep - New England (Service-based Sales exp req) Responsibilities
• Drive outbound sales through cold calling, outreach, and networking
• Manage a pipeline of leads and aging accounts via CRM system
• Meet with clients in person across the New England territory
• Collaborate with project managers to deliver client solutions
• Create and execute sales plans by account and region
• Maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up and service
• Work from the office on Fridays for team syncs and strategy
• Represent the company at client meetings and industry events
• Track and report activity and progress toward goals
Territory Sales Rep - New England (Service-based Sales exp req) Qualifications
• 2+ years of outside sales or business development experience required
• 1+ years of construction or service-based sales experience required
• Proven track record of closing commercial deals required
• CRM experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
• Willingness to travel monthly as needed required
