Location: Near Winchester, MA (On-Site)
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 base + Bonus
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k w/ 3% Contribution, PTO (15 days)

Typical Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET
Travel: Minimal, possible attendance at shows

You will collaborate closely with leadership and employees, taking ownership of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR program execution. HR Generalist (Recruiting exp req) Responsibilities

•    Lead recruitment efforts and manage the applicant tracking process
•    Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support company growth
•    Support hiring managers through screening, interviews, and candidate selection
•    Develop and update job descriptions and maintain HRIS records
•    Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs
•    Manage employee relations and act as a resource for employee inquiries
•    Assist in performance review and disciplinary processes
•    Oversee HR program execution including career development initiatives
•    Support leadership in developing a Project Manager trainee program
•    Maintain compliance with labor regulations and company policies
•    Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement
•    Collaborate with the VP of Administration on HR initiatives and communication

HR Generalist (Recruiting exp req) Qualifications

•    Bachelors degree required
•    3+ years of human resources experience required
•    Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience required
•    Employee relations experience required
•    Onboarding and training experience required
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
