This fully in-office role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the company’s HR functions while supporting general office operations. You’ll support and improve day-to-day office & HR functions across recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and compliance. You’ll play a key role in fostering a strong company culture. HR Generalist (Prevailing wage laws exp req) Responsibilities

•    Manage weekly payroll and ensure accurate data submission
•    Administer employee benefits and implement benefit changes
•    Support recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination
•    Handle employee relations and promote a positive culture
•    Maintain compliance with HR regulations and policies
•    Track PTO and sick leave, and approve employee time off
•    Manage HR records and prepare reports for leadership
•    Coordinate team-building events and internal communication
•    Oversee office supplies inventory and general administrative tasks
•    Support office phone and electronics setup and tracking
•    Assist in office operations and interdepartmental support

HR Generalist (Prevailing wage laws exp req) Qualifications:

•    2+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience required
•    Payroll processing experience required
•    Knowledge of prevailing wage laws required
•    Experience with HRIS and payroll software required
