Salary: $60,000 - $78,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE=$120k–$150k)

Our client in the fleet leasing & management industry is looking for an experienced Fleet Leasing Sales Executive to join their team in Brockton, MA. In this role, you will focus on acquiring new commercial accounts and building relationships with businesses that operate fleets of 25–50 vehicles. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to presenting tailored leasing and fleet management solutions, closing profitable deals, and nurturing accounts for renewals. You’ll benefit from inbound leads, a proven sales process, and the support of leadership who reward performance without micromanagement. •    Prospect and secure new fleet leasing clients
•    Meet with decision-makers to present tailored leasing solutions
•    Follow up on inbound leads and automated marketing campaigns
•    Prepare quotes and proposals in collaboration with leadership
•    Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline activity
•    Nurture client relationships to drive renewals and referrals
•    Attend industry events and customer meetings as needed
•    Stay current on fleet financing, leasing trends, and competitor offerings

Fleet Leasing Sales Executive (B2B Sales exp req) Qualifications

•    5+ years of B2B sales experience required
•    Fleet or similar B2B finance/contract sales experience required
•    Business Development experience required
•    Strong financial acumen required
•    CRM and MS Excel proficiency required
