Reporting to the CEO, you will set technical strategy, scale distributed teams across the U.S. and abroad, and guide the platform’s evolution to a modern, scalable architecture. You will balance high-level strategic vision with hands-on technical leadership, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and capable of supporting continued growth. The ideal candidate brings deep engineering leadership experience, proven success scaling platforms, and expertise in AI/ML adoption in SaaS environments. [Remote] Sr Vice President of Technology & Engineering Responsibilities

•    Lead technical strategy and platform architecture for scalability and reliability
•    Oversee Engineering, PM, QA/SDET, and Technical Operations teams
•    Mentor and develop leaders to drive a high-performance, accountable culture
•    Manage platform migration to modern architecture over 12–24 months
•    Ensure integration of AI/ML, data, and analytics across applications
•    Oversee operational excellence, security, and infrastructure management
•    Define KPIs and implement best practices for distributed, remote teams
•    Translate technical goals into clear plans for executives and stakeholders
•    Remove obstacles to keep projects on track and on budget
•    Build and maintain a balanced mix of onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams

•    Bachelor’s degree required
•    10+ years software engineering leadership experience required
•    5+ years as head of engineering in a tech-driven company required
•    3+ years of leading distributed teams with global staff experience required
•    3+ years of leading Engineering, PM, QA/SDET, and Tech Ops teams experience required
•    AWS and Snowflake experience required
•    AI/ML platform deployment experience required
