Location: Loudoun County, VA - WFH 4 days a week after training
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + Profit Sharing + Benefits

Typical Hours: Flexible- M-F 9 AM - 5 PM
Travel: Local travel to client sites 2-3 times per month max

BAS Programmer (BAS or PLC Programming exp req) Description

Our client, a leader in Building Automation Systems (BAS), is seeking a BAS Programmer to develop and deploy intelligent automation solutions for HVAC and energy management systems. You will program, test, and optimize Schneider, Delta, and Niagara Framework platforms, working closely with engineers and field teams to bring buildings to life with smart technology. Ideal candidates have BAS programming experience, strong scripting skills, and a solid understanding of HVAC controls and networking. BAS Programmer (BAS or PLC Programming exp req) Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BAS programming solutions for assigned projects
• Manage project timelines and maintain customer communication
• Write and refine automation scripts to optimize building performance
• Translate system drawings into fully functional software
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure proper sequence of operations
• Work with engineers and field teams for seamless deployment
• Oversee system graphics development and quality control
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software and system issues
• Support ongoing improvements and system updates
• Ensure successful project turnover to the service department

BAS Programmer (BAS or PLC Programming exp req) Qualifications

• 1+ years of BAS programming or PLC programming experience required
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems, electrical, or automation controls required
• Script programming experience required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings required
