Customer Success Representative (Bilingual English/Spanish req) Description

Our client in the natural health products industry is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join their on-site team in Houston, TX. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding support to customers via email, phone, and in-person. You’ll help customers with orders, subscriptions, and product questions, making each interaction a chance to support someone on their wellness journey. Ideal candidates will have previous phone-based customer service experience and an interest in healthy living and natural health products. To succeed, you must be bilingual in English and Spanish, have strong communication skills, and have a genuine curiosity about natural health products. Customer Success Representative (Bilingual English/Spanish req) Responsibilities

•    Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
•    Resolve order issues, returns, cancellations, and subscription updates
•    Guide customers on product use and benefits
•    Handle up to 30 calls per day and a high volume of emails
•    Provide in-person assistance in the company’s small storefront
•    Assist with light inventory checks and organization of storefront supplies
•    Join daily huddles and stay current on product training
•    Record accurate notes on customer interactions
•    Stay current on product updates and wellness trends
•    Support rotating weekend coverage (remote, one weekend/month)

Customer Success Representative (Bilingual English/Spanish req) Qualifications

•    2+ years of call center or phone-based customer service experience required
•    Experience handling phone queues and email communications required
•    Bilingual in English and Spanish required
•    CRM software experience required
•    Actively embrace healthy living
