Customer Success Representative (Bilingual English/Spanish req) Description

Our client in the natural health products industry is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join their on-site team in Houston, TX. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding support to customers via email, phone, and in-person. You’ll help customers with orders, subscriptions, and product questions, making each interaction a chance to support someone on their wellness journey. Ideal candidates will have previous call center or phone-based customer service experience and an interest in healthy living and natural health products. To succeed, you must be Bilingual in English and Spanish, have strong written and verbal communication skills, be comfortable navigating email and call queues, and have a genuine curiosity about natural health products. Customer Success Representative (Bilingual English/Spanish req) Responsibilities

•    Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
•    Resolve order issues, returns, cancellations, and subscription updates
•    Guide customers on product use and benefits
•    Handle up to 30 calls per day and a high volume of emails
•    Provide in-person assistance in the company’s small storefront
•    Assist with light inventory checks and organization of storefront supplies
•    Join daily huddles and stay current on product training
•    Record accurate notes on customer interactions
•    Stay current on product updates and wellness trends
•    Support rotating weekend coverage (remote, one weekend/month)

Customer Success Representative (Bilingual English/Spanish req) Qualifications

•    2+ years of call center or phone-based customer service experience required
•    Experience handling phone queues and email communications required
•    Bilingual in English and Spanish required
•    CRM software experience required
•    Willingness to work one remote weekend shift per month required
