Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 annual salary + 5% annual bonus

Maintenance Specialist (Liquid Manufacturing exp req) Description

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the natural wellness space, is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to join their team in Houston, TX. In this role, you’ll take ownership of machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting across their new production facility. You’ll support equipment setup, part replacements, calibration, and preventive maintenance schedules—ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day. This position requires hands-on experience with equipment in a liquid manufacturing setting. To be successful in this role, you must have strong troubleshooting skills and comfort handling a wide variety of machinery in a production environment. Maintenance Specialist (Liquid Manufacturing exp req) Responsibilities

•    Operate and troubleshoot production equipment to maintain performance
•    Perform preventive maintenance and identify equipment issues
•    Set up equipment and calibrate as needed for production changes
•    Dismantle and repair machines, replacing parts and motors
•    Manage parts inventory and maintain accurate records of repairs
•    Schedule and assist third-party vendors for HVAC, plumbing, and repairs
•    Conduct light building maintenance and maintain facility cleanliness
•    Support safety compliance and cross-team communication
•    Participate in weekly/monthly training with production team
•    Research and propose upgrades to improve facility operations

Maintenance Specialist (Liquid Manufacturing exp req) Qualifications

•    2+ years of maintenance experience in a production environment required
•    Liquid manufacturing or related industry experience required
•    Experience with distillation systems and pneumatic pumps required
•    Parts Inventory experience required
•    Strong troubleshooting and machine repair skills required
•    General computer proficiency and Excel experience required
