Account Executive (Print & Promotional Products) Description

In this role, you’ll be part of an established sales team, responsible for selling print and promotional products to both, businesses and nonprofit organizations. You’ll engage regularly with current and potential customers to understand their needs, articulate the company’s capabilities, present creative solutions, and manage projects from concept to delivery. This position collaborates closely with Department Heads and a dedicated Customer Service Representative, serving as the key liaison between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate brings an existing book of business, works well independently, and has a proven ability to think critically and creatively. Account Executive (Print & Promotional Products) Responsibilities

•    Develop a strong understanding of company capabilities and leverage that knowledge to grow customer engagement and sales 
•    Travel to meet with current clients and prospects, generating new business and maintaining existing accounts
•    Present products using samples, catalogs, or digital materials, highlighting key features and benefits
•    Provide quotes, credit terms, and sales contracts for customer orders
•    Estimate delivery timelines and effectively manage customer expectations 
•    Maintain records of transactions, activities, and client communications in a CRM system
•    Proactively manage client expectations and resolve issues promptly
•    Represent the company at trade shows and industry events as needed

Account Executive (Print & Promotional Products) Qualifications

•    3+ years of sales experience in the print and promotional products industry required 
•    Proficiency with office technology including Excel and CRMs required
•    Existing book of business required
