Director of Sales (Print & Promotional Products) Description

Our client, a leader in the print and promotional products industry, is looking for a Director of Sales to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through hands-on sales leadership, maintaining key client relationships, and managing a team of experienced Account Executives. You’ll work remotely and come into the NY office a couple of times each month for in-person meetings. The ideal candidate will bring a strong book of business, a proven ability to lead sales teams, and a results-driven mindset. Director of Sales (Print & Promotional Products) Responsibilities

•    Develop a strong understanding of company offerings and leverage that knowledge to grow sales 
•    Lead and manage the sales team (9 Account Executives)
•    Create, track, and manage annual sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
•    Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals
•    Maintain accurate sales records in CRM system
•    Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships to maximize profitability and repeat business
•    Address and resolve client issues to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
•    Supervise, coach, and mentor sales team members
•    Conduct performance reviews
•    Travel as needed to meet with the team

Director of Sales (Print & Promotional Products) Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree required 
•    2+ years of sales experience in the print and promotional products industry required 
•    2+ years of experience managing a sales team required 
•    Existing book of business required 
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and CRM systems required 
•    Ability to travel to meet with the team, required
